You may start by following the steps described here.

To be able to provide the best possible service to our users, we have a trac Pro subscription where you get much more value, including worldwide distribution, merch, access to sync opportunities, and more! 

If you prefer not to subscribe in the meantime, that’s ok. We also have a “ pay as you go” option where you can release music by paying to it as a la carte.
