How do I delete a connected artist from my account?

Caution: Deleting artist profile can delete anything associated with it, including but not limited to releases, music, cover art, metadata (UPC's, ISRC's), analytic reports & royalties.

Before deactivating an artist from your trac account, please be sure you have your release info (audio files, cover art, ISRC's, UPC's) stored in a safe place. You will need these codes, especially if planning to release this music again in the future.

1. Log in to Trac account here.

2. Click on the artist name in the top right of your Trac account

3. Select the artist you wish to delete

4. Click “profile.”

5. Click the pencil icon

6. Click “deactivate artist”

7. Follow the rest of the instruction(s) until it shows confirmation or alike.

NOTE: Kindly make sure to take down all releases first under that artist profile before deleting the profile in your account.
