What if I don't have Spotify?

Anyone who distributes their music through trac must have a Spotify profile. If you don't have one, no worries - Trac can automatically create one for you with the click of a button upon sign up. To do so, you may do the following steps below:

1. Log in to Trac account https://app.trac.co/login

2. Click on the username in the top right of your Trac account

3. Select the artist you need/want to update

4. Click “profile”

5. Under the”Streaming Profiles” category, there should be fields there where you can either choose “new” or add a link or URL of an existing profile. If you’re a new artist, you will want to select the circle next to “NEW” so the field changes color and we can create a new artist profile for you.

6. Once done, click the “publish changes” button.

7. Follow the rest of the instruction(s)(if any) until it shows confirmation or alike.

If you encounter an error while trying to do this and if you are using a smartphone/tablet/alike (which has certain limitation/s), can you please use a computer to see if that fixes it? If still not/etc, please send us the complete screenshot/s or video recording of the issue/s to: Support@trac.co
