How do I cancel my account?
If you ever need to cancel your account you can do it following the next steps described below.
NOTE: Closing your account will delete everything in your account from your details to distributed songs/music on all platforms, cover art, metadata, earnings, and analytics. Before you delete your account, please be sure you have your music, assets, UPCs, and ISRCs in a safe place. You'll need them in the future should you decide to re-distribute your releases.
Please make sure that all release ownership has been transferred to active accounts AND/OR terminated. If you currently own any percentage of one or more trac release(s), you will be prompted to remove your ownership from those releases associated with artists outside of your access AND/OR deactivate the artists within your access, to stop earnings from being sent to you.

Log in to Trac account.
2. Click your artist name on the upper right of the homepage, then click "User settings" on the side window that appeared.
3. It will load the "User Settings" page, click the "Pencil icon" below your name and a side window will appear on the right of the page.
4. Click "Close Account" and follow the prompts until you get confirmation that your account has been closed/deleted.
