I can't login to my account
IMPORTANT: If you don't have access to the email address connected to the account you can't log in with, you cannot reset your password. It should be the email address that you used when you registered for an account.
Please
reset your password and make sure to check both your spam and junk inbox.
For further instructions please follow the steps below:
1. On the login page, select "Forgot your password?"
2. You will be redirected to the rest page as below, typed in the email address you used when you registered your trac account and press enter on your keyboard or click "➝".
3. The next page as below will load up where you will enter the code sent to your email address and the new password that you wish to use. Please make sure to check your email's spam/junk folder for the code. After you typed in the code and your new password, click "➝".
