What is considered “hate content”?

According to trac’s terms of service, it is not acceptable for users to submit any of the following content:

Content that contains any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, inflammatory, or otherwise objectionable
Content that promotes sexually explicit or pornographic material
Content that promotes violence
Content that promotes discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or age.
Content that is likely to deceive any person
Content that promotes any illegal activity, or advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act
Content that causes annoyance, inconvenience, or needless anxiety or is likely to upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other individual
Content that impersonates any person, or misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or organization

Please refrain from submitting content that promotes any of the following, as we will not accept it. You can also read through the Distribution agreement to ensure that you will not violate any of it to avoid the risk for account termination should be necessary.
