How to manage or view ownership of a release?

1. Log in to Trac account https://app.trac.co/login


2. Go to the catalog page by clicking on the “catalog” on the top part of the web page


3. Under “releases,” select the release you want to check the ownership


4. To the right of the selected release, there should be a “...” sign (ellipsis) or three dots in a horizontal line, upon clicking this, a drop down menu should show up.


5. Click “manage ownership.” It should go to a page now where it will let you view/edit ownership of each track/s on that selected release.


6. If you made any changes to it and you would like to save such, click the “save” button.


Just so you know, ownership splits are automatically locked after 30 days after the release date and can't be modified furtherly.


If you encounter an error while trying to do this and if you are using a smartphone/tablet/alike (which has certain limitation/s), can you please use a computer to see if that fixes it? If still not/etc, please send us the complete screenshot/s or video recording of the issue/s to: Support@trac.co
