How to take down my music/content?

1. Log in to Trac account https://app.trac.co/login

2. Go to the catalog page of Trac account by clicking “catalog” on the top part of the webpage

3. Under “releases” select a submission you want to take down

4. To the right of each release, there should be three dots in a horizontal line that you can select with options to takedown

5. Follow the rest of the instruction(s)(if any) until it shows confirmation or alike.

If you encounter an error while trying to do this and if you are using a smartphone/tablet/alike (which has certain limitation/s), please use a computer to see if that fixes it. If still not/etc, please send us the complete screenshot/s or video recording of the issue/s so our support team member will gladly help you.

If it still shows on the streaming platform(s) after 48 hours, it is a possible technical issue beyond our control so you may contact us for further assistance.
