Analytics vs. Earnings Report
If you wish to see your earnings and analytics, just sign in to your trac account and then click "
Earnings" or "Analytics" on your trac account homepage.
Analytics are made up of streaming data we receive from DSP's. You can find this through the
analytics page in your trac account. Please give up to 7 days after your release date for your data to start populating and be displayed on your analytics page. On the analytics page, you will also be able to filter viewing the result by date range or DSPs. You just have to click "Filter" in line with the word "Engagement". You can refer to the screenshot below for that. The page will also display reports about your fans, like their age, gender, and location.
Below is a screenshot of what your analytics page looks like. If there's no report uploaded from your DSPs yet, it will note that it's displaying "example data".
Earnings is the accumulated royalties you earned from streams through your DSPs.
This page will display the following: your earnings from streams of your music, your merch if you have it activated, and soon NFTs once it's live!
You should also be able to filter the reports per month by clicking on the left/right arrow to find the report for the month that you are looking for. We process the reports as they are sent by different DSPs.
